RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing Membership Strategies: Create and implement strategies to attract new and retain existing members through outreach campaigns, membership drives, and networking events.
- Membership Recruitment: Actively recruit new members via social media, email campaigns, community events, and referrals.
- Membership Retention: Implement initiatives like member appreciation events, resource sharing, and feedback collection to ensure member satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintaining Membership Records: Keep accurate records of member contact information, status, and preferences for effective communication and outreach.
- Managing Member Benefits: Ensure members receive promised benefits, negotiate partnerships for additional perks, and organize exclusive events.
- Addressing Member Concerns: Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries and feedback, resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
- Analyzing Membership Data: Monitor and analyze membership data to identify trends, inform strategies, and drive decision-making.
- Volunteer Recruitment and Management: Engage and manage volunteers to support membership-related tasks like outreach and events.
- Collaborates on all MTBCO initiatives.
